Alex and Christina, once deeply entrenched in the world of Real Estate, found themselves disenchanted with the sales and management sectors after years of experience. The industry, in their eyes, had lost its way, and they yearned for a change. It was on a lazy Sunday, a cold beer in hand, that inspiration struck them like a lightning bolt.

What troubled them the most was the lack of representation for buyers. Dissatisfaction with the status quo fueled a desire for transformation. There the seed of business was sown, with a commitment to honesty and integrity, values that both believe is essential in all our dealings.

They set out to challenge the norms and tip the scales in favour of the people with the money, the buyers! Mission was clear: to empower buyers to get quality properties without the fear of deception or swindling.

Christina Sarunic

Partner

Originally coming from Port Lincoln, South Australia. She has worked as a Commercial Asset Manager in the Adelaide market after completing a dual bachelor's degree majoring in property.

Chasing greener pastures, in 2016 Christina moved to the beautiful Gold Coast, and Northern NSW, finding out what it means to be a local and learning the property markets.

Alexander Sit

Principal

Hailing from Sydney but with a global upbringing across Sydney, Gold Coast, and Hong Kong, Alex embarked on his journey in real estate in 2016. With a multifaceted role encompassing development, renovation, and investment consultancy, he also assumed leadership of a Short Term Rental company.

In 2021, Alex shifted his focus to assisting clients in acquiring investment properties, discovering a deep passion for the process. Now, his mission is to empower a wider audience in achieving their real estate dreams.
